How much does it cost to start a fundraiser?
Nothing upfront. Store setup is free for up to 20 products. Additional products are $50 per 20 items. There's no risk—if you don't sell, you don't pay.
How much can we earn?
Your organization earns 10% on each item sold (20-49 pieces per design) and 20% on orders of 50+ pieces per design. You can request higher retail pricing to increase your margins.
What's the minimum order?
Each design requires a minimum of 20 pieces to earn payment. This ensures production efficiency and keeps costs low for everyone.
Can we use our own designs?
Absolutely. You can provide your own artwork, or our team can create custom designs for you. Embroidery digitizing is $30 unless your logo is already on file or you sell 12+ embroidered pieces.
How long does the fundraiser run?
You choose the timeline. Most fundraisers run 2-4 weeks, but we can accommodate shorter or longer campaigns based on your needs.
When do we receive our merchandise?
Delivery typically occurs 10-15 business days after your store closes. We sort and bag each order by recipient for easy distribution.
Are there any additional fees?
Customers pay a $2 sorting/packing fee per order. This covers the individual packaging and organization that makes distribution easy for you.

T-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and more. We'll work with you to select products that fit your audience and budget. Multiple designs and product types are welcome in a single store.
